2.18.

LIMITATIONS WITH FAILURE OF GOVERNOR

Flight with the governor out of service is authorised. In this event, the pilot must regulate the
engine RPM manually.

Note : The instructor responsible for issuing a Dynali H2S type rating must have included in
his training program, several exercises involving a failure of the governor.

MAXIMUM TAKEOFF WEIGHT : 700 kg

VFR  flight  in  daylight  authorised.    Night  flight  and  IFR  flight  prohibited.  Flight  in  icing
conditions prohibited. Warning, this helicopter does not meet the conditions required for the
issuance  of  a  normal  airworthiness  certificate  and  has  not  been  built  in  the  industrial
framework  approved  by  the  minister  in  charge  of  civil  aviation.  Commercial  use  of  this
aircraft is prohibited.
