To adjust the hook thread tension:

Set the tension spring (2) using the adjusting wheel (3).

•

To increase the tension

: Turn the adjusting wheel (3)

clockwise

•

To reduce the tension

: Turn the adjusting wheel (3)

counterclockwise

Adjusting the needle thread regulator

The needle thread regulator determines the tension applied to
guide the needle thread around the hook.

Proper setting

The loop of the needle thread slides at low tension over the thickest
point of the hook.
