13.2 Lubrication
For lubricating the sewing automat, use only lubrication oil DA-10 or oil of
equivalent quality with the following specifications:
• Viscosity at 40°C: 10 mm²/s
• Flash point: 150° C
DA-10 can be obtained from DÜRKOPP ADLER AG sales offices using
(1) - Underside of throat plate (2) - Hook
WARNING
Risk of injuries due to contact with oil!
Contact with oil can cause irritation, rashes,
allergies or skin injuries.
ALWAYS avoid long-term contact with oil.
ALWAYS thoroughly wash the affected areas if
contact with oil occurs.
CAUTION
Risk of environmental damage from old oil!
Incorrect handling of old oil can result in severe
environmental damage.
ALWAYS observe the legally prescribed
regulations for handling and disposal of mineral oil.
Take care to ensure that oil is NEVER spilled.
