Replace 12V relay; check the wiring for a short to make sure the
relay doesn’t fuse closed again.

A sensor harness is defective.

Replace the sensor harnesses (all 4 sensors).

A motor cable is not properly connected between the
control and the motor.

Reconnect or replace the motor cable(s) between the motor and
the control. Turn off the control panel to reset the alarm; then
turn the control back on to start conveyor(s).
