Gearmotor Change
/ Promjena motora zupčanika

Use an 8 mm socket to
loosen and remove the two
hex clamping screws that hold the
drive pulley to the gearmotor.

With a 13 mm wrench, loosen
and remove the four hex head
bolts holding the gearmotor to the
mounting plate.

Slide the gearmotor out
of the drive pulley and the
mounting plate.

Apply anti-seize to the motors
shaft and slide through the
motor mounting bracket into the
pulley.

stezna vijka koji drže pogonsku
remenicu na motor zupčanika pomoću
račne od 8 mm
Otpustite i uklonite četiri šesterokutna
vijka koji drže motor zupčanika na
montažnoj ploči pomoću ključa od
13 mm
Izvucite motor zupčanika iz pogonske
remenice i montažne ploče
Nanesite sredstvo protiv zagrijavanja
na osovinu motora i provucite kroz
nosač motora u remenicu

Apply removable threadlo-
cker to the motor mounting
screws.

Insert and tighten the four
motor mounting screws with a
13 mm wrench.

Ensure the gap between the
motor and the pulley is 24
mm.

Apply removable thread-
locker to the pulley clamping
screws.

Insert and tighten both of the
pulley clamping screws using
an 8 mm socket.

Dispose of the gearmotor
in compliance with
WEEE or return to QC Conveyors for
disposal.
CR Umetnite i zategnite oba stezna vijka
remenice pomoću utora od 8 mm
Odložite motor zupčanika u skladu s
WEEE ili ga vratite u QC transportne
trake na odlaganje
