4. Loosen the sensor nut and remove it from the detector.
5. Insert the new sensor in the detector and tighten the nut.
6. Remove the bridge that the sensor has in the connector.
7. Insert the connector in CN1.
8. Carry out the Zeroing and Calibration with gas according to the steps described in pages nº 37 and 38.
13. GENERAL FAULT OUTPUT
C, NC Output.
This output will be opened whenever there are any faults in the equipment.
14. POWER SUPPLY
EUROSONDELCO
is provided of 13.8V 4,5A power supply, stabilized tension and limited current, with output for battery/ies
supply protected with 5A fuse.
2 batteries 12V 7.5Ah can be connected in paralell depending on the required autonomy for each standard.
SIGN AND CONTROL ELEMENTS
• 1 power presence LED -220V AC-.
• 1 power fault LED.
• 1 blockage LED. This LED lights up when the consumption is over 4.5A, or when there is a short circuit. It is
replaced once the cause that originated it disappears. Switch the ON/OFF general connection switch of the power
supply module from ON to OFF and then to ON.
• 1 battery fault LED. This LED lights up when a battery voltage of 9V or less is detected.
• 1 ON/OFF general connection switch to disconnect all the module lines and detectors.
• Primary 220/240V AC input, protected by a fuse and with an earth connection and an incorporated power filter.
• Secondary 15V AC 7A Exit.
15. RS232C MODULE
This module allows data to be transferred by means of the printer or remote communication through an optional RS485
interface to a PC.
The module incorporates the following LEDS to verify the correct communication functioning.
• CTS: Permission to transmit.
• RTS: Transmission request.
• TX: Data transmission.
• RX: Data reception.
