3.2 Adjustment
procedure
The adjustment procedure for the “length of the cover” corresponds to that for the
“bonding position of the book block and the cover”.

Select the item to be adjusted.
The item to be adjusted can be selected by pressing the [RESET] button while the item to
be adjusted (L or P) is indicated on the COUNT display.

Press the [RESET] button to change the setting value.
As for the adjustment of the length of the cover, adding a positive value increases the
width of section A while adding a negative value decreases the width of section A.

As for the adjustment of the bonding position of the book block and the cover, adding a
positive value increases the width of section B on the front cover while it deceases the
width of section C on the back cover. Adding a negative value decreases the width of
section B on the front cover while it increases the width of section C on the back cover.
