Chapter 8 Technical information

 

  Hold the flanges on both ends of the glue sheet roll so that the winding 

direction corresponds to the direction indicated in the figure below. Then, 
mount the glue sheet roll on the cassette so that the flanges are located inside 
the collars.

  Peel off the pieces of tape that secure the film. 

  Secure the leading edge of the film on both ends of the take-up shaft using 

the pieces of tape that were removed so that the winding direction 
corresponds to the direction indicated in the figure above. 

 

The space is provided so that two glue sheet rolls can be wound around the 
take-up shaft. When setting the second glue sheet roll after the first glue sheet 
roll has run out, fix the film of the second glue sheet roll with pieces of tape on 
the film of the first glue sheet roll that was wound.

  Bring the take-up shaft over the guide shaft and place the shaft on the bottom 

section of the glue sheet unit.
