DUKE RCO Speed Oven
Problem
Possible Cause
Oven does not heat up to preset
temperature within 15 minutes
and displays error message.
Depending on ambient temperatures, the elevation of the facility
and the electrical supply network, the oven preheat time might be
longer than 15 minutes.
Contact an authorized service agent if an error message is
displayed.
“Door Open” is displayed when
the door is closed.
Open the door and check for any obstructions on the door or oven
front face. Remove any obstructions and firmly close the door. If
the problem persists, contact an authorized service agent.
The cooling fans are not
functioning even though the oven
is plugged in and operating.
All cooling fans should turn on as soon as the oven is plugged in.
Unplug the oven and contact an authorized service agent. Also,
contact a service agent if you notice any unusual discoloration
(darkening or complete clearing) of the display.
The oven is not cooking correctly
(undercooked, asymmetric cook
performance, etc.)
Investigate if the oven is connected to a sufficiently rated power
supply. Observe if any operating errors are reported.
If the problem persists, contact an authorized service agent.
Unusual smells (electrical burns,
burned plastic, etc.), noise
(electric potential humming,
sparking, arcing, etc.) or other
items that do not occur during
normal operation.
Terminate operation of the oven immediately. Do not cool the oven
down, but disconnect oven power immediately.
Contact an authorized service dealer/agent to further investigate
the problem
Visible damage (dents, ripped
door seal, bent metal) inside the

the oven.
Contact an authorized service dealer. Harmful levels of microwave
emissions might put you at a health risk. An authorized service
dealer can replace the door; all other damage can be repaired or
replaced at Duke.
