RECIPE SELECT SCREENS
a. Product Group
•
From the Oven Ready screen wait 5
seconds or press the
SELECT
key to
display the Product Group Screen.
•
Select one of the 8 product groups by using
the
NUMBE
R pad or the
UP
,
DOWN
, and
SELECT
keys
o
The Recipe Select screen will appear
when a 64 recipe menu (default) is in
use.
o
The Product Subgroup screen will
appear when a 256 recipe menu is in
use.
•
Press the
RIGHT
soft key “Back” to return to
the Oven Ready screen.
b. Product Subgroup (256 Recipe mode
only)
•
Select one of the 4 product subgroups by
using the
NUMBER
pad or use the
UP
,
DOWN
, and
SELECT
keys. The Recipe
Select Screen will appear for this Subgroup.
This menu will not appear if the oven is in 64
recipe mode.
c. Product Group or Subgroup – Name Edit
•
To edit a Product Group or Subgroup name,
select the group or subgroup name to edit
and press the
SELECT
key and the
LEFT
soft key “Manual” simultaneously.
•
Use the
UP
and
DOWN
keys to change the
selected character.
•
Press the
SELECT
key to advance to the
next character.
•
After editing the Product Group or Subgroup
name, press either the
LEFT
key “Save”
or the
RIGHT
key “Back”. Both will revert
to the Product Group or Subgroup screen
respectively.
o
Save
will save any changes that have
been made.
o
Back
will not save any changes.
