7. COOLING LOUVERS
The louvers prevent electrical components
inside the oven from overheating by supplying
cold air. Although the oven has only a clearance
requirements to the left adjacent wall with 0.5
in. (1.3 cm), these louvers should be cleaned
from obstructions between the rib openings and
preferably have access to open air.
8. EXHAUST VENT
The exhaust vent is at the rear of the oven. This
enables steam to escape and prevents build
up of condensation. It will not allow microwave
energy to escape into the environment.
9. COOLING FANS
Cooling fans are mounted to bring in cool air
from the room into and exhaust hot air from
the machinery compartment. Fans should be
inspected for operation regularly.
