Owner's Manual for
DUKE RCO Speed Oven
Duke Oven Shield is specially formulated to reduce
the effort needed to clean the oven. It is NOT a
cleaning agent but acts as barrier between the oven
walls and the grease produced by cooking, making it
easier to be removed.
To Use Duke Oven Shield:
1. Remove cooking rack.
2. DO NOT
use Duke Oven Shield on the glass
waveguide covers on the sides of the cavity
interior.
3. Spray a thin layer of Oven Guard on all
interior surfaces EXCEPT the top return air
mesh and the door choke cover material.
Spray a clean cloth with the Oven Shield
and spread a thin coat on these areas.
4. Allow the coating to dry and form a
protective barrier for the oven.
5. Replace the cooking rack but
DO NOT
spray
with Oven Shield.
6. Switch the oven on and preheat to the Set
Temperature.
7. Oven Shield can be removed with water
when cleaning if the oven is not badly soiled.
8. Re-apply Duke Oven Shield after every
cleaning.
