The oven control is equipped with a self-diagnostic system. The
self-diagnostic system alerts you if there is an error or problem.
When the electronic controller indicates a problem, follow the
steps listed below.
1. Record the error.
•
“Fan Error” indicates a problem with the convection
blower motor circuit.
•
“Mag Error” indicates a problem in one or both of the
magnetron circuits.
•
“Probe Error” indicates a problem with the cavity
temperature probe.
•
“Door Ajar” indicates a problem with proper closure of the
oven door.
2. Unplug the oven, wait 1 minute, and then plug in the oven.
Disconnecting the electrical supply may eliminate the error
code.
3. If a Fan Error or Probe Error persists, disconnect the oven
from the power supply and contact an authorized service
agent. Do not reconnect the power cord to prevent hazards.
4. The oven can still be used with a recurring Mag Error,
