This page allows you to specify where the time of the router should be inquired from.
As an NTP (Network Time Protocol) client, the router gets standard time from the time
server. Some time-based functions cannot work properly until the system time functions run
successfully. Typically, NTP achieves high accuracy and reliability with multiple redundant
servers and diverse network paths.
Available parameters are listed as follows:

Current System Time
Click
Inquire Time
to get the current time.
Time Type
NTP
– Select to inquire time information from Time Server
on the Internet using assigned protocol.
Browser
- Select this option to use the browser time from
the remote administrator PC host as router’s system time.
Server
Type the domain name of the server.
Port
Type the port number for the time server.
Interval
Select a time interval for updating from the NTP server.
Time Zone
Select the time zone where the router is located.
Daylight Saving
Click
Enable
to enable the daylight saving. Such feature is
available for certain area.
Apply
Click this button to save the configuration and exit the web
page.
Cancel
Click it to discard the settings configured in this page.
Enter all of the settings and click
Apply
