Safety checks

Safety checks are not a substitute for maintenance,
which includes the preventive replacement of
wearing parts as specified by the manufacturer.

Check accompanying documents:
– Instructions for use available

Check that the product is in perfect condition:
– Labels complete and legible
– No deformation of the arm system and
loosening of parts
– No paint damage, cracks in plastic parts
– Check the arm system (central axis, swivel
arm, spring arm) for collision damage
(welding seams free of cracks)

Check the components and accessories for
completeness according to the instructions for
use.

Check electrical safety according to IEC 62353.

Check safety features:
– Dimensions of the locking element (at the
spring arm). The display mount and the arm
system must be de-energized.
– Check the position and form of the circlip of
the arm system. The display mount and the
arm system must be de-energized.
