Using Phototherapy (Available Option)

Swivel radiant unit over patient. Phototherapy lights
must be positioned vertically above patient for full
effectiveness of the therapy.
Switching phototherapy lights on

Press key, yellow LED in the key starts blinking.

Yellow LED in key is now continuously lit.
If radiant heater is operated in "manual" mode:
●
Reduce heater output approximately 3 levels down
from setting used while phototherapy lights were off.
NOTE:
Radiant heater output is adjusted automatically to
patient needs when operated in "Skin" mode.

Measure patient's bilirubin level at regular intervals.
