Counters allow auto incrementing values to be included in layouts.
●
Start Value – The value of the counter at print start.
●
Increment - Added to the current value every time a new image is printed. This
can be a negative number.
●
Minimum, Maximum – If the counter reaches this value it will no longer be
incremented.
●
Number of Digits – The number of digits that should always displayed. Leading
zeroes will be added for values that are less than the number of digits. If zero is
entered here, there will be no leading zeroes added to the number.
4.5 Adding and Editing Objects in a Layout
4.5.1 General Editing
In the figures above, a text object that has already been added to the layout is
shown selected, as indicated by the small red squares. A selected object can be moved
by pressing and holding the object (or by clicking and holding the left mouse button) and
dragging around the layout. The blue dashed lines indicate that the pens are linked.
Objects cannot be dragged from one set of linked pens to another unless they are
linked as shown in the figure on the left. In the figure on the right, objects can be
dragged within each set of linked pens but not from the top set of linked pens to the
bottom set.
The currently selected set of linked pens has a thin solid border around it, which
indicates that this set of linked pens is where all objects added (or pasted) will be added
to this set of linked pens.
