EVERY MONTH:
Check for wear on the brake pads.
Check the wheel plates and spoke tension.
Check the slack of various elements of the steering and arrange to
adjust this play, if necessary, by your Retailer or your DOUZE Cycles
Technical Centre.
Check all the transmission parts, which are subject to such
particularly large strains on a cargo bike with electric assistance
and lubricate them if necessary.
EVERY 6 MONTHS:
Carry out a comprehensive cleaning of the bike.
Check the frame (no crack or distortion).
Check the tightness of all fixing and assembly screws.
Check the condition of the transmission cable(s).
Check the condition of the outsides of the steering cables
and clean them with a grease remover, if necessary.
If you experience abnormal resistance in the direction of your G4,
please consult your Dealer or your DOUZE Cycles Technical Center.
Arrange for the bike to be maintained and a diagnostic (update)
of the motor by a bicycle professional.
