!!! The rocker switch (6) switches off only the acoustic signal when the set temperature is reached !!!!
Before use
Unpack the unit and check whether is not damaged by transport.
The device comes with a disposable drain cock that needs to be unpacked and properly attached
before using it for the first time.
Installing the pouring tap:
Remove all parts of the tap from packaging. On the main part of the tap to put 1 piece a rubber seal.
The prepared tap put through the hole in the body of the pot and from the inner side put the second
rubber seal. Screw the nut and tighten firmly
The cock is equipped with an plastic stopper, which optionally use..
Opening / closing of the cock is done by moving the upper lever forward.
Procedure of canning
1. Put the plastic grid into the pot.
2. Fill the pot with water.
3. Place the tightly closed canning jars on the grid.
4. Close the lid. and plug the power cord.
5. The rocker switch (6) switch must be in position „I“.
6. Set the desired temperature and timer to the positon „ON“ / Continuous
The sound signal announces only reach the set temperature. Switch off by rocker switch.
7. After reach the temperature (sound signal) to put jars and switch the signal off.
8. Set your desired time of preserving
9. After elapsed time the pot will switch off automaticly. Lights off.
10. In the end off process to turn the temperature knob to „0“ and disconnected for outlet.
Temperature setting:
The device is equipped with a temperature sensor, the sensor is placed under the bottom.
You can set the temperature as you want to keep inside the pot. The rotary thermostat can be set in the range
of 30 °C - 100 °C, the accuracy of the reaction is +/- 5 °C.
If necessary, you can turn the thermostat clockwise to the "BOIL" or "MAX" position where constant heating
is set up to the boiling point with or without signaling.

the pot indicates that the boiling temperature is reached

MAX =
maximum value (continuous boiling) without audible signal
It must be switched on in combination with the set timer.
