sists of:

Nut for box spanner 19

Box nut 30-1/2"
Major changes of direction

For this, the Adjusting device must be positioned
at the overall centre of gravity (G) under the
bogie. (Should be facing in the desired direction
of travel).

Turn the spindles using the Adjusting device, so
as to bring the bridge-edge forming wagon into
the new travelling position.

Exact positioning
To achieve exact positioning, follow the instruc-
tions for executing major changes of direction.
Incidents
In the rough-and-tumble of work on the site, inci-
dents will always happen from time to time – e.g.
the rollers slipping off the rail profiles at the rail-
joints, etc.

Because you can lift so simply using the Adjust-
ing device, you can quickly deal with incidents
without having to call on a special lifting appli-
ance (e.g. truck-mounted crane).
