Pre-assemble the suspension beam
unit
➤
Set down the suspension beams (M) with a cen-
tre-to-centre distance of b = 280.0 cm.
➤
Bolt on the longitudinal beam (P) using 4 hexag-
onal bolts nuts and spring washers.

➤
Bolt on the railing struts (Q) using 4 hexagonal
bolts nuts and spring washers.
➤
Bolt and secure the location plate (Z) ,in the
height position shown in the plan.
Connect the suspension beam unit
to the platform
➤
Lower the ready-to-use platform (R) by crane
onto an approx. 20 cm high base (U) (e.g. Doka
beams H20).
➤
Lower the suspension beam unit by crane into
the ready-to-use platform.
➤
Attach Scaffolding tube 48.3mm 4.50m (H) and
Swivel coupler 48mm (J) .
This stiffening is no longer necessary if the out-
side railings are erected using Railings T.
➤
Insert the Handrail posts T 0.70m (T) into the plat-
form, and secure them with a spring cotter.
➤
Bolt the railing struts (Q) onto the ready-to-use
platform (R) with Connecting pins 10cm, and
secure with spring cotters.
