Error Messages
The following messages may appear when using
the setting page (L-04D Connection Manager).
Error Messages
Description
The password
you entered is
not correct.
An incorrect password is
entered for log-in. Click [OK]
and enter the correct password.
The PIN1 code
you entered is
not correct.
An incorrect PIN1 code is
entered. Click [OK] and enter
the correct PIN1 code.
PIN1 code is
blocked.
PIN1 code is locked because
PIN1 code has been improperly
entered 3 times in a row. Click
[OK], enter unblocking PIN code
in [PUK code] and new PIN1 code
in [New PIN1 code] and [Confirm
PIN1 code]. Click [Apply].
The PUK code
you entered is
not correct.
An incorrect unblocking PIN1
code is entered. Click [OK] and
enter the correct unblocking
PIN code.
PUK code is
blocked. Your
miniUIM card is
not valid any more.
miniUIM is locked because
unblocking PIN1 code has been
improperly entered 10 times in a
row. Please contact docomo Shop.

Warranty
• A written warranty is provided with every terminal.
Make sure that you receive it. Store the warranty
in a safe place after you read it and verified that
it contains the “販売店名・お買い上げ日 (Shop
name/date)” you purchased the product. If the
written warranty does not contain the necessary
information, contact the shop where you
purchased the product. The warranty is valid for a
period of one year from the date of purchase.
