Insert the Operating Handle through the hole in the Crank and securely fasten with the provided self-
locking 7/8” Nut while holding the Handle from moving using a 5/32” Allen wrench through the hole in
the Handle.

Slide the Spent Primer Cup down onto the wedge-shaped mounting tab on the right Link Arm.

Mount the included ejected Cartridge Bin Bracket to your bench if you are NOT using the Dillon Strong
Mount. Allow about 1/8” clearance between the Platform and the Ejected Cartridge Chute Bin Bracket.
Fasten the Bracket to the bench with two self-threading screws or bolts and nuts as shown below. The
Cartridge Collection Bin slides onto the bracket to catch completed cartridges.
