The RL550C ships with the Toolhead and Retaining Pins secured with a rubber band. Remove the rubber
band in preparation for installing the Automatic Powder System.

5.9.

Install the Powder Measure as follows

5.9.1

Remove the Powder Die from the Powder Measure Body by loosening the two Clamping Socket Head
Screws with a 5/32” Allen wrench. Locate the caliber specific numbered Powder Funnel in the Caliber
Conversion Box. Drop the Powder Funnel with the “grooved-end” up into the Powder Die. Note the
difference between Rifle and Pistol Powder Funnels below.
