Viewing a Locked Channel/Service –
1. While viewing Live TV, select the locked
channel/service. A Password dialogue box is
displayed.
2. Enter the password using the numerical
keypad. The default password is 0000 and is
only applicable if this password has not been
changed.
Delete a Channel/Service
Deleting allows the removal of an individual TV
channel/service.
1. Select
Viewer Preferences
from the
MAIN
MENU
and press ENTER.
2. Select the TV channel/service to delete using
the Ç or È buttons.
3. Press
v
on the numerical keypad.
V
is
shown beside the channel/service. If required
and to deselect lock, press
v
again
4. Press ENTER. A confirmation dialogue box is
displayed.
5. Confirm the delete option by selecting Yes.
6. The specified TV channel/service is deleted.
7. Press the EXIT button to clear any menus and
return to normal viewing.
Note:
• To restore the deleted service refer to the
section on Installation > Add Carrier.
Reassigning the Channel Group Buttons (BLUE
Buttons)
Channel Groups allows for fast access to changing
channels/services. Channel Group Re-assignment
allows the BLUE Channel Group button to be
re-assigned to a different broadcaster if required.
This option is sometimes used in rural or country
regions where the local broadcaster may not
be associated with one of the primary national
broadcasters.
