Using Timeshift to Record a Current Program
Timeshifting refers to the on-demand and delayed
viewing of a program that is currently being
watched. This option is activated using the
;
PAUSE button.
The Timeshift option would typically be used
where an unexpected interruption in watching
a Live TV program occurs. Once activated,
Timeshift allows the user to resume watching
the program from the time it was paused to the
current time.
Recording with Timeshift
1. While watching Live TV, press the
;
PAUSE
button. The Live TV video and audio stop
and a single video frame is displayed. This is
normal and indicates that the Timeshift mode
is active.
2. When required, press the

PLAY button to
resume watching “Timeshifted Live TV”.
3. To stop Timeshift, Press the
<
STOP button.
4. Press the

buttons to select the one of
the Save options - Rename, Yes or No.
5. Press ENTER.
6. To stop a Recording, Press the

STOP button.
7. Press the

Æ
buttons to select one of the
Save options - Rename, Yes or No.
8. Press ENTER.
