Supplementary Operations.
Photo Capture and Playback
An added feature included with the DVR-810 is
the screen capture of single video frames for
playback at a later time. This feature is referred
to as Photo Capture. Photo Capture can be
invoked while watching Live TV, Recording or
Playback. All Photos are located in a single file
and are not categorized. Playback of Photos is
viewed as a slideshow with a preset viewing time.
All Photos play in sequence after the selected
“start” Photo.
While watching Live TV or during Recording or
Playback:
1. Press the GREEN button. A “camera icon”
is displayed indicating that the video frame
has been captured and stored.
2. To playback the captured video frames
(Photos), first select
Photo Viewer
from the
MAIN MENU
and press ENTER. To view the
Photos in order of the most recently captured,
first select
Sort – Created Time
option in the
Disc Navigator MAIN MENU
. Refer to the
section,
Sort
.
3. A dialogue box showing “thumbnail” pictures
of the Photos is displayed.
4. Select a Photo from where to start, using
Å
or
Æ
buttons and press ENTER. Playback
commences from the selected picture and
continues until all subsequent pictures are
displayed. If the Slide Time period is set for
an extended time the
Å
or
Æ
buttons can be
used to manually navigate to any Photo.
5. To extend the viewing time that each Photo is
displayed, increase the
Slide Time
period in
the
Photo Viewer
setup dialogue box.
