Off: indicates self-test failure.

Indicator
On: indicates Port 2 is transmitting or
receiving data.
Off: indicates Port 2 is not transmitting or
receiving data.

(10BaseT)
Connector
Connects the module to a 10BaseT twisted
pair. Not used when the module is installed
in the DEChub 900 or connected through
the ThinWire (10Base2) BNC connector.

Console Port
Connection
Connects a console terminal that is used to
manage the module. Uses an MJ8
connector.

Dump
Button
If pressed during the execution of power-on
diagnostics (from shortly after power on
until the LED’s blink three times in
sequence), it causes the diagnostic state to
reset to the factory defaults and the power-
on sequence to stop at the boot prompt to
allow for manual clearing of configuration
memory.

Ethernet
Network
Connector
(BNC)
Connects the module to the Ethernet
ThinWire segment. Not used when the
module is installed in either the DEChub 90
or DEChub 900 MultiSwitch or connected
through the twisted pair (10BaseT)
connector.
