Command line parameters can be used as an alternative method
to configure your remote boot ROM. For example:
A>Setup/remote=enable/protocol=RPL
See the EZWORKS Command Line Switches section in this
chapter for further information.

Select the desired options:
Enable the remote boot ROM to establish a remote boot
session when the computer is powered up.
Select the period of time to attempt a remote boot before a
local boot occurs (MOP only). The default time is 2.5 minutes.
Select the appropriate remote boot protocol to be used to
establish a remote boot session.
a.
Use the MOP protocol in PATHWORKS Version 4.1x
environments.
b.
Use the NetWare xxxx protocol in Novell NetWare
environments. The xxxx stands for the corresponding
frame type configured on the NetWare server performing
the remote boot.
c.
Use the TCP/IP protocol in BOOTP remote boot
environments.
d.
Use the RPL protocol (the default) in PATHWORKS
Version 5.x, Microsoft LAN Manager Version 2.2, Microsoft
Windows NT Advanced Server Version 3.5x, and IBM LAN
Server Version 3.x, Version 4.0 environments.
