Fonts
The DEClaser 1152 printer has 17 built-in fonts, one of which is the Symbols
Set. An optional font cartridge is available with 26 additional fonts.
PostScript Level 2 uses a mechanism slightly different from Level 1 to
access the fonts in the font cartridge. If an application queries the printer
to determine which fonts are available, it is likely that the application will
find only the built-in fonts. However, both PostScript Level 1 and Level 2
applications can access the fonts in the cartridge and print successfully.
The start-up page lists the names of the built-in fonts and the name of any
font cartridge that is installed.
To list fonts in the font cartridge, select the PS PCL SETUP menu, then select
PCL: FONT PAGE to generate a Font Page. (See DEClaser 1152 Printer
