Setting Up Multiple Communications
Channels
The DEClaser 1152 printer can process print requests from multiple
communications channels sequentially. Each channel may be directed to
process the data as either PostScript data or Hewlett-Packard PCL4 data.

The Serial, LocalTalk, and Parallel communications channels are enabled at
the factory. However, all three enabled communications channels should not be
used simultaneously. Data integrity will be compromised if the LocalTalk and
Serial are used simultaneously, and it is NOT a recommended configuration for
a multiple-communications environment.
