Verifying that the Dialogic Service Has Been Started—SR5.01
Perform the following to determine if Dialogic services have been started or if you need
to reset the Dialogic services startup mode.
To verify that the Dialogic services have been started:
1. Choose

If the Dialogic Configuration Manager is…
Then…
Running
Skip to step 3.
Not running
Continue to the next step.

From the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Dialogic System Software, and select
Dialogic Configuration Manager - DCM
.
3.
Verify that the Dialogic System Service Status line displays
Running
in the Dialogic System
Service Status line at the bottom of the Dialogic Configuration Manager. If the Dialogic
system service does not display
