Setting the Dialogic Service Startup Mode–SR5.01 

After installing the Dialogic System Software, you must start the Dialogic services. 
Perform the following steps only if the Dialogic services have not been started. To verify 
that the Dialogic services have started, refer to the following section, “Verifying that the 
Dialogic Service Has Been Started,” for instructions.  

To start the Dialogic System Software—SR5.01: 

1. Choose

If the Dialogic Configuration Manager is…

Not Running 

Continue to the next step 

2.  From the Start menu, point to Programs, then to Dialogic System Software, and select 

Dialogic Configuration Manager – DCM

. 

3.  Click the green 

Start

 button in the tool bar or click 

Start Service 

from the Service menu,. 

4.  When the dialog box displays “Success: Dialogic services started,” click 

Close

. 

Note 

This dialog box appears in DNA 2 and 3.3 only. 

5.  From the Service menu, point to Startup Mode and select 

Automatic

. 

6.  Verify that the Dialogic DNA service has started.  Refer to the “Verifying that the Dialogic 

Service Has Been Started—SR5.01” section for instructions. 

7.  From the File menu, select 

Exit

. 

8. Choose
