Ensure that the supporting structure can handle this load. It must carry at least four times the expected load. Informa-
tion on the weight of your unit can be found in the technical specifications.
•
The supporting structure must not deform when the mounting straps are tightened. Poles made of plastic are not suit-
able.
•
When using protective padding, make sure that the protective padding does not deform plastically so that sufficient
fixation is guaranteed.
•
Before installation, aim the projector as a test. Once used, mounting straps and turnbuckles must not be reused after
disassembly.
•
Use only original Derksen accessories and spare parts specifically designed for mounting the projector. Do not modify,
disassemble or damage the mounting equipment, otherwise it will no longer meet the safety requirements.
4. Mounting and installation
Your new LED projector must be securely installed before
you start using it. The pole mount kit is designed for cyl-
indrical supports with a diameter between 70 mm and
150 mm (2.8 '' – 5.9 ''). Poles with flat surfaces or edges do
not ensure sufficient support and must not be used for
mounting.
Insert the screw into the turnbuckle as shown in the illus-
tration. Only if the screw is correctly oriented, it cannot un-
screw in the direction of tightening.
WARNING! Risk of falling parts!
A falling part can cause serious injury or death.
▶
Secure the projector and mounng accessories during assembly to prevent them from falling down.
