Notch forward part of canopy rail to allow cockpit to be tilted past fuel
tank on installation.
Cockpit position. Note use of 4 flat headed screws for attachment.
1/6 scale Korean War vintage pilot from Elite Force makes a good addi-
tion to the kit.
Cockpit
Clean the forward windscreen with plexiglass cleaner.
Mount pilot to cockpit. In the prototype, we used wire
around the waist, exiting through two small holes in
the aft cockpit wall and twist tied behind the cockpit.
You will likely need to trim a little of the forward cockpit
rails to slide cockpit past fuel tank on an angle.
With cockpit in place, drill and secure with 4 flat head
screws.
