10.2 Upgrading to non-precious metal sintering

4. Ensure that the door guide pin is locked in place in the locating hole
(A) provided for this purpose when inserting the furnace door.
5. Push the furnace door until the end stop in the furnace fastening
clamp. Unlock the guide pin by pulling it and turning it counter-
clockwise. Now pull the door forward carefully until the guide pin locks
in place in the corresponding locating hole in the furnace fastening
clamp.
6. Insert the tube of the furnace door with gas socket into the coupling.
Functional test of the furnace door
After inserting the furnace door, check that it is working correctly by
starting a program. The furnace door must close without issuing an error
message and the furnace should start the heating phase.
Possible errors:
● Following program start, the furnace door does not close
automatically; see chapter “Error: The furnace door does not close
