8 Troubleshooting

8.2 Error without message on the display

Service Manual inFire HTC speed

8.2.7

Error: No display reading, yellow pilot light is on, diode is 

not lit

Description of the error

● No display.
● Yellow pilot light of ON/OFF switch is on. 
● Diode does not light up when unit is switched on.

Cause

Protection fuse of the furnace is defective.

Elimination

Switch furnace off, wait for 30 seconds. Switch furnace on.
If this produces no results:

Cause

Controller board defective.

Elimination

Replace controller board (see "Replacing the controller board [ → 30]“).
Call customer service.

Description of the error

● No display.
● Yellow pilot light of ON/OFF switch is off. 

Cause

No line voltage.

Elimination

Check the breakers in the fuse box/the connecting cable.
Call customer service.
