Ping settings
The Ping settings menu is used to set up the ping command parameters.
Tap the "Settings" button in the ping menu to display the
“Ping settings” menu.
Data size: Specify the data size of the echo request.
Interval: Specify the length of echo request intervals (in 100 ms units).
Timeout: Specify the timeout period (in 100ms units) for the echo request.
Type1 or Type2: Choose
“Type 1” or “Type 2” for timing when to send an echo request (refer to the
next page for details).
Count: Specify the number of echo requests to send.
Tap the
“Default” button to restore the default settings.

* When zero (0) is set, the
”Count” is set to infinity.
The echo requests are sent until the ping test is aborted.
If the specified value exceeds the value range, the closest value to the range will be automatically set as
the value.
If the
“timeout” is set to the value exceeding the range when Type 1 is chosen, the value will be
automatically replaced by the value set as the
“interval”.
