6.1 Fault search table
Faults may only be searched and resolved by qualified specialist personnel.
Fault Cause Resolution
No lifting function. Faulty fuse (control system or en-
gine). Replace the defective fuse.
Power supply interrupted. Check the cable and replace it if
it is damaged.
No or insufficient hydraulic oil. Refill suitable hydraulic oil
(Model: HL 46)
Batteries discharged. Recharge the batteries.
End stop when lifting is no longer
reached. Hydraulic oil levels too low. Lower the drum lifter to the low-
est level and switch off the en-
gine. Then, fill hydraulic oil up to
the optimum level.
Rattling while lifting. Air in the lifting system. Open the valve screw on the lift-
ing cylinder.
The drum lifter lowers on its
own. Leaky lowering valve. Lower the drum lifter to the end
stop, then lower it. Disrupt
lowering multiple times and sud-
denly while doing so.
Leaky pressure relief valve. Lift the drum lifter to the end
stop, then briefly open and close
the pressure relief valve.
Engine cannot be switched off. Clamped contactor. Replace the contactor.
Defective pulse generator. Notify our After Sales Services of
the fault.
Industrial truck does not move. Batteries discharged. Recharge the batteries.
Faulty fuse. Replace the defective fuse.
Defective pulse generator. Notify our After Sales Services of
the fault.
Faulty switch in the handle. Replace the defective switch.
Industrial truck only moves at re-
duced pace. Batteries discharged. Recharge the batteries.
Defective pulse generator. Notify our After Sales Services of
the fault.
