3 Intended use
The electro-hydraulic drum lifter is a counterbalanced, electrically powered industrial truck for lifting,
lowering, and moving containers. The industrial truck is designed for operation as an in-house general
cargo carrier, for example in warehouses. The use of the drum lifter is not permitted in very dusty, wet, or
otherwise aggressive environments.
The drum lifter is suitable for the effortless lifting and transporting of corrugated drums with a capacity of
60 l or 212-230 l in accordance with DIN EN 15750-2 and closed steel lid drums with a capacity of
208-216.5 l in accordance with DIN EN 15750-1. The maximum lifting height is 1300 mm.
Improper use due to failure to observe the instructions in these operating instructions, as well as
independent modifications to the drum lifter may result in personal injury and property damage.
