TxPDO
When the values of Event timer and inhibit timer are both 0,
TxPDO data is transmitted to the master after TXPDO data
changes and the data that the master receives is valid
immediately. When TxPDO data does not change, the slave does
not send out TxPDO data to the master.
When neither of Event timer and inhibit timer are 0, the slave
sends out TxPDO data to the master once every a period of Event
timer. After TxPDO data is sent out once, no TxPDO data is
allowed to be sent out within the period of inhibit timer. And TxPDO
data is transmitted to the master immediately once TxPDO data
changes and the data that master receives is valid immediately.
