Ensure that you read the

Remove the system cover. 

NOTE: You must remove the system cover to service other components inside the system.

3.

Ensure that no tools or parts are left inside the blade.

Steps
1.

Align the alignment guide on the system cover with the alignment guide on the chassis.

2.

Lower the cover onto the chassis.

3.

Slide the cover until it clicks into position.
A properly seated cover is flush with the surface of the chassis.
