Hard-disk drive failure

Possible solid state drive failure during solid state drive POST. Contact Dell (see

Keyboard failure

Keyboard failure or keyboard cable loose. Contact Dell (see

No boot device available
—
No bootable partition on solid state drive, or the solid state drive cable is loose, or no bootable device exists.

If the solid state drive is your boot device, ensure that the drive is partitioned as a boot device.

Enter system setup and ensure that the boot sequence information is correct.
No timer tick interrupt

A chip on the system board might be malfunctioning or system board failure. Contact Dell (see

Disconnect the USB device. Use external power source for the USB device.
