 Deployment Guide

 in the left navigation bar to access the deployment requirements.

To perform the deployment, follow the instructions under 

Deploy

To deploy OMISCC: 

1. 

Download OMIMSSC from 

Dell EMC Online Support

 and save the file to your 

hard drive. 

2. 

Extract the files:  

a. 

Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the 
file to unzip the download package.  

 

Click 

Continue

.  

 

Specify the location to which you want to extract the files.  

 

Click 

OK

 to extract the files.  

The message 

All files were successfully unzipped

 appears.  

 

Click 

OK

 to exit. 

3. 

Install the files: 

a. 

Browse to the location of the extracted files. 

b. 

Complete the installation by following the instructions in the 

OpenManage

Deploying the Dell EMC Integrated Data Protection Appliance 

IDPA DP4400 is a 2U appliance that provides comprehensive data protection that is 
simple to manage, deploy, and upgrade from 24 TB to 96 TB without any additional 
hardware. IDPA DP4400 also delivers an average data deduplication rate of 55:1 and 
shortens backup windows by up to two times.  

To deploy the IDPA DP4400, follow the instructions in the
