Operating Instructions - Dedy Chocolate Enrobing Machine 220 mm and 320 mm
Discharge belt / cooling tunnel
Detailed instructions for the 1.5 m discharge belt and the cooling tunnel can be
found in the user guide for these components.

Discharge belt
For machines supplied with a 1-paper discharge path:
•
Fix the discharge path at the designated points on the enrobing machine
(

).
The enrobing machine mesh conveyor drives the discharge path.

Feed the paper through

Always use a weight to hold the paper down in order to prevent it from
slipping back

shortly before the coated products have
reached the evener cylinder.
•
Cut the paper holding the coated products into lengths of 50 to 60 cm and
pull the strips of paper with the coated products onto the lift-off plate.

ow of paper can be quickly stopped by engaging the catch

oad belt should always be a little lower than the mesh conveyor.
Instructions on positioning the coated products:
Large pieces = large distance between mesh conveyor and discharge path
Small pieces = small distance
Pieces with corners are always placed at an angle so that the tip is always in
front and runs into the chocolate curtain
