Operating Instructions - Dedy Chocolate Enrobing Machine 220 mm and 320 mm

Now you can use the curved lever
(Fig. 18; No. 1)
to adjust the height of
the chocolate coating (e.g. for Florentine biscuits and nut wedges).

Set the “Evener cylinder” switch
(Fig. 7; No. 10)
to the “LEFT” or “RIGHT”
position.
We recommend the “RIGHT” position in the direction of travel of the mesh
conveyor.
The cylinder should be a little lower than the mesh conveyor and also a little
lower than the discharge belt otherwise the chocolate coating will be completely
wiped off the bottom. The exact setting of the evener cylinder always depends
on the product.
