Operating Instructions - Dedy Chocolate Enrobing Machine 220 mm and 320 mm

7.4.  Cleaning and care schedule

ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to the machine! 
The Dedy chocolate enrobing machine is built in accordance with 
protection class IP54 (splash-proof).
Never use a direct water jet or pressure washer on the machine!

ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to the machine!
Always remove the heating unit before cleaning the mesh conveyor! 

ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to the chocolate wheel!
Never wash the plastic chocolate wheel in a dishwasher! It may 
become deformed.

ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to the hood!
Never dry rub the hood!
Clean the hood only with a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Then wipe it 
down with a soft cloth.

Note:

 

We recommend cleaning the machine when it is warm. In this case, you will 
only need warm water.
You can also wash all the stainless steel parts (curtain box, bridge, spout and 
mesh conveyor) in a suitable dishwasher.

• 

Always verify the following after cleaning and before use:
- the machine bath is completely dry 
- the drain valve is closed
- the mesh conveyor is dry
- the mesh conveyor is correctly
