Operating Instructions - Dedy Chocolate Enrobing Machine 220 mm and 320 mm

9.  Dismantling and disposal

9.1.  Safety information relating to dismantling

DANGER!

Risk of injury from machine parts.
Switch off machine and take measures to prevent restarting.
Cut off entire power supply to the machine (mains supply).

9.2. Dismantling

When the machine has reached the end of its service life, the machine must be 
dismantled and disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations.

• 

Remove all coating residues from the machine.

• 

Disconnect all mains supply connections before dismantling the enrobing 
machine.

• 

Remove all the attachments

 rst, e.g. curtain box or bridge, mesh conveyor 

and chocolate wheel.

• 

The machine can then be completely dismantled.

9.3. Disposal

If no arrangements have been made for the return or disposal of the machine, 
separate the dismantled parts as follows:

• 

Metal parts for scrap

• 

Plastic parts for recycling

Please contact Dedy GmbH if you do not want to dispose of the machine yourself.
