Lockout (

type code)
In the event of a disruption, the control panel displays a message and a
corresponding code.
1. Make a note of the code displayed.
The code is important for the correct and rapid diagnosis of the type of
malfunction and for any technical assistance that may be needed.
2. Disconnect then reconnect the mains power cable.
The appliance will only resume operating when the malfunction has
been resolved.
3. If the code is displayed again, resolve the problem by following the
instructions in the table below.
4. If the causes of the lockout are still present after several automatic
start-up attempts, the appliance switches to Lockout mode (also called
"Malfunction").

Maximum domestic hot water temperature excee
ded when domestic hot water production is not
guaranteed (by either the compressor or the back-
up).
Check the top domestic hot water sensor con
nection.
Check that the back-up is not permanently actu
ated.
Air pressure too high
Check the connection between the output X6 on
the PCB and the input CONTROL PWM FAN on
the fan.
Check that the fan is operating correctly.
Check the condition of the filter.
Check that the PCB is operating correctly.
The impressed current anode is in open circuit.
Check that the connection cable between the
SCU PCB and the anode is not severed.
Check that the anode is not broken.
Check that the water heater tank is correctly fil
led with water.
Remarks:
Production of domestic hot water is stopped but
may be restarted by pressing the reset key (for
72 hours).
Protection against corrosion is not assured.
