I
L’installatore/utilizzatore dovrà sempre impiegare materiali
compatibili con il fluido pompato in riferimento alle condizioni
di progetto della pompa stessa.
ATTENZIONE: è vietato l’utilizzo della pompa con
fluidi non compatibili con i materiali dei componenti
della stessa o in ambiente con presenza di fluidi
non compatibili.
Per eseguire la messa in servizio della pompa operare come
segue:
1 Verificare che il condotto di mandata del prodotto sia corret-
tamente allacciato.
ATTENZIONE: Il funzionamento a secco delle
pompe IM, oltre a causare il danneggiamento della
boccola interna, provoca il surriscaldamento e la
fusione degli elementi interessati da attrito radente ed il
conseguente, possibile incendio.
2 Aprire la valvola a sfera manuale della tubazione del fluido.
3 Effettuare il riempimento della vasca rispettando i livelli MIN
e MAX così da invasare la pompa.
4 Avviare il motore mediante gli appositi comandi.
5 Per l’arresto della pompa agire esclusivamente sui comandi
di arresto del motore elettrico della pompa.
ATTENZIONE: non arrestare mai la pompa in fun-
zione mediante la chiusura della valvola a sfera di
mandata del circuito del fluido:
PERICOLO DI STALLO DELLA POMPA E/O DI INCENDIO
DOVUTO ALLA FUSIONE DELLA BOCCOLA CERAMICA
PER FUNZIONAMENTO A SECCO.
ATTENZIONE: verificare che durante il funziona-
mento non
vi si verifichi rumorosità o vibrazioni anomale. In
tal caso arrestare immediatamente la pompa per accertare
ed eliminare le cause.
ATTENZIONE: controllare che nel fluido in uscita
non siano presenti bolle di aria, nel qual caso
arrestare immediatamente la pompa ed eliminare
le cause.
ATTENZIONE: non installare sull’aspirazione filtri
che possono causare perdite di carico.
6 Dopo le prime due ore di funzionamento della pompa, e dopo
averla correttamente arrestata, bisogna:
A- verificare visivamente, che non vi siano trafilamenti di pro-
dotto nella campana;
B- verificare il serraggio di tutti i bulloni della pompa;
C- verificare la tenuta del condotto di mandata del fluido.
Se necessario intervenire secondo necessità per risolvere la
situazione presente.)
I livelli di rumore emessi dalla macchina sono pari a:
• il livello di pressione acustica dell’emissione ponderato A, nei
posti di lavoro, è inferiore a 75dB.
The installer/operator must always use material compatible

WARNING: it is forbidden to use liquids that are
incompatible with the materials of the pump
components or in an environment where there are
incompatible fluids.
In order to start-up the pump, proceed as follows.
1 Check that the product delivery conduit is connected.
WARNING: dry operation of IM pumps, besides damaging
the internal bushing, causes overheating and fusion of
parts subject to horizontal friction, and may subsequently
cause a fire.
2. Open the manual ball valve of the fluid piping;
3. Fill the tank, respecting the MIN and MAX levels, so as to
flood the pump.
4. Start the motor with the appropriate controls.
5. To stop the pump, only use the stop controls of the pump
electrical motor.
WARNING: never stop a working pump by closing
the delivery ball valve of the fluid circuit: THE PUMP
MAY STALL AND/OR A FIRE MAY BE CAUSED BY
THE FUSION OF THE CERAMIC BUSHING DUE TO DRY
OPERATION.
WARNING: check that there is no anomalous noise
vibration
while the pump is working. If so, immediately stop
the pump, check and eliminate the cause.
WARNING: check that there are no air bubbles in
the outlet fluid. If so, immediately stop the pump,
check and eliminate the
cause.
WARNING: do not install filters on the suction inlet
as they may
6 After the first two hours of operation of the pump, and after
having stopped it correctly, you must:
A. visually check that there is no product leakage from the
casing;
B. check the tightening of all bolts;
C. check the seal of the fluid delivery conduit.
